The customer has the right to replace or return goods on the condition that they are in their original condition and have not been opened or used within 7 days of their arrival, after contacting customer service to explain the reason for the replacement or return, with the customer bearing the shipping cost if the shipment has reached the customer and been received. The customer does not have the right to replace or return the item after 8 days. 2- If the shipment arrives at the customer's location and was not received for any reason and returned to our warehouse, the customer has the right to request re-shipment of the item, provided they bear the shipping cost, or to refund the order amount after deducting the shipping fee (40 riyals). 3- Delivery fees are non-refundable once the product is shipped. 4- The customer has the right to re-shipment or refund if the shipment is delayed and 15 days have passed since the order was placed on the store, and the customer will not bear any additional costs, whether shipping fees or bank commissions. 5- The customer has the right to replace or return goods that have a clear defect affecting the final result. 6- The customer cannot replace or return the product if a defect appears due to poor consumer handling. 7- Muthalla Drug Warehouse Company commits to conducting business through this electronic platform in a systematic manner and in accordance with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, according to the provisions of this agreement. 8- Some gifts are susceptible to damage or breakage, so Muthalla Drug Warehouse Company is not responsible for any claims arising from mistakes or negligence, whether directly, indirectly, incidentally, by the customer, or by a third party such as shipping companies. 9- The customer has the right to replace or return gifts or accessories (free with offers) if a defect or breakage appears in the product within only 24 hours of receipt, and they do not have the right to replace or return them after this period.
